besides giggling, rats liked to be tickled too.  That puts humans,
apes, and rats as ticklish and ticklephiles.  Therefore, depending on
your preference, god is the ultimate tickler, presumably planning a
specieses wide tickling at the end times, or else evolution favors the
ticklish.  Or combine for Intelligent Creator/Guided Evolution.  For
anybody believing anything else/nothing at all, go tickle different
animals and make a scientific study on the varying degrees of
ticklishness in the various fauna of the Planet Earth.
