You have to add that suckah to your ignore list.  Highlight the user on
your transfer's list, hit "who is" and when the box comes up with the
button that says "ignore"  - hit it.  Unfortunately, you can AFAIK only
have 512 ignores at one time.  Also, I think the list is
name-sensitive, and may be easily fooled by dedicated leeches who
change their names.
