BANNING/BLOCKING Unwanteds on WinMX 3.53 (alt.multimedia.tk)

Is there a way to automatically block/refuse connectivity to
certain users when they attempt to connect to your WinMX
client to upload? How and where is this done? I don't just mean
messages...Thanks
