I think it was Foot Paradise.... but as long as we're on the subject,
I don't think it was pure non-consentual and what FP was doing was a
classic example of psycology in trying to sell it as "non-consentual"
in order to gain attention and exposure.
To me, pure non-con is on the same level as rape.... then to video
tape the "evidence" and then to openly sell the said video on the open
market.
If it was pure non-con (where the ticklee didn't consent) then don't
you think FP would be out of business w/pending litigation?
