I am trying to stop mastering so much also. I have joined a support group
and I'm making some progress. On a "normal" day I do it 4 or more times.
However, now, I'm down to maybe once evrey couple of days. But I have
noticed that my prostate kind of hurts when I pee now. I am wondering if a
lot of jacking is maybe good for the prostate. I have tracked it a bit.
Lots of jacking = happy prostate, little jacking = unhappy prostate. Anyone
else experience something like that?
