YenC is an encoding scheme. The files can't be read on outlook express
without help. I had that problem for a while as a lot of people were
posting that way. It's easier and quicker to post the files that's why
some people are doing that way. The short of it was I wanted the files
so I conformed. A dedicated newsreaders is the way to go about it. do
a Search on google for Forte Agent. It's a dedicated newsreader that
opens Yenc files natively.
