Sanskrit may be mother of all languages as some people think but not it's script.
Vedic Sanskrit script has been simplified to Devanagari to write Mogul Urdu-ed Hindi by tempering it's holiness with nuktas.
As per Google transliteration Gujanagari(Gujarati) seems to be India's simplest script along with Roman script.
