Sir,
I think DrChatrik is a non-unicode font. So you first need a unicode
font converter. GUCA is such a tool. It will convert DrChatrik to
Unicode. Get it from here:
http://guca.sourceforge.net/applications/guca/

After converting to Unicode Gurumukhi, you can use the transliteration
service of Bhomiyo or Girgit easily.
