Satpal Ji,
For what purpose you need Chankya font, if you want to type Hindi on
any webpage of blog etc, I advise you to use any Unicode typing tool
like IndicIME (http://www.akshargram.com/sarvagya/index.php/
IndicIME).
If you are used to type in Changkya or any other non-unicode Remington
font, Indic IME have Remington keyboard layout for you.
But if you need Chankya font for any particular purpose, you can find
some fonts here: http://www.akshargram.com/sarvagya/index.php/Font
