Yes. It's glyphs are based on the Akruti glyphs and it was build using
free font creation tools. Unfortunately it doesn't show up in the
devanagari font list on IE, but it does on mozilla. I've notified the
developers about this.

Actually, they have builds every day. So it depends on when the checkin
happens. From my experience with mozilla, they are very open to all kinds
of ideas. What they need is volunteers who would submit patches.

Not the binary that's linked on the home page; use the binary on the
releases page. There are many of them. One of them is CTL enabled.
