Most hotels offer now for free ADSL in your room, at least in Tokyo. There a
few Internet cafes, one in front of Shinagawa station (500Yen!) and one in
Hibyia (free of charge)., in Akihabara as well. In /Kyoto the offer should
the same. Kyushu is rather different.
