I just started using the "montage" command in Imagemagick I use a 64-bit
Linux, but I believe there is a 32-bit windows version of this software.

I open a terminal window and paste this command.
montage -label '%t\n%wx%h' -resize 200x200 '*.jpg' -title 123 -geometry +5
+5 -tile 5x -frame 5 -background grey _Index.JPG
