Condemned Sequel Coming in November?

Play.com has started listing Condemned 2 for release in November. Play
currently describe the game as "A superb sequel of brilliantly brutal
bloody hand to hand brawling...".
Monolith and publishers SEGA have yet to announce a sequel to the
original Condemned, however, the ending definately left a lot of
questions unanswered. Would you like to see a Condemned sequel? Let us
