I know what you're saying, but you're confusing several different
things. Typing www.deja.com sends you to Google Groups not Google which
is an internet search engine. You can go directly there by typing
groups.google.com in your browser which is just as easy. Google was
never called Deja News. Google bought Deja News and took over their
archives of the newsgroups. You can just as easily search the
newsgroups from Google's homepage at www.google.com by entering what you
are looking for and clicking on Groups at the top of the page.
A search from Google's main page shouldn't just give you results from
one country. When I enter something in there, I get results from sites
all over the world in many languages. If you only get results from your
country, maybe your internet provider is filtering your results or
something.
