Well, best thing to do first is specify which game category:
* best first person shooter i recommend: F.E.A.R. (but you need a pretty
high end gaming pc for that), Unreal Tournament (original, 2003 or 2004) or
Half-Life 2 (download the coop mod so you can do the singleplayer together
with someone)or Call of Duty 2
* best MMORPG (only online gaming): Lineage 2, World of Warcraft
* best strategy: (a bit dodgy cause everyone like a series of a game good)
Command & Conquer series, good old Diablo 2 (+ expansion), Empire Earth
series, starcraft (+ expansion)
* best driving/race game: DTM race driver 3 (in USA called TOCA race driver
3)
genres end pretty much here on the part of multiplaying, so that's about it
I hope you had some help with this.
