hmmm, not quite sure of a fix, but you are seriously going to struggle
to run F.E.A.R with Intergrated Graphics
The game even brings down SLI 7800GTX's, with 50 fps with all settings
on full
Possibly try to assign more RAM to the Graphics, and see if that works
out. Or try getting the latest drivers for the Graphics
Failing that, do you have a graphics card that you could try??
