I've created a simple Java tool for testing whether or not an online Casino
is cheating at Blackjack. It's still in its infancy, but uses simple
statistics, so it should be relatively accurate unless a casino's cheating
is very, very slight. If anybody would like to test it out and leave any
feedback--what features they'd like to see added to it or any problems
you've had, you can send email here: user@thecasinohub.com
If the project is a success, I'll probably add cheat testers for other games
like Roulette, Video Poker, etc.

Please don't complain if it doesn't run on your system. As I mentioned
above, the program is still in its infancy, but will at least be accurate.
