They pretend to be the equivalent of the real thing and they
definitely are NOT. Every game 'plays' like a slot machine and
everyone should realise that playing slot machines is probably the
worst form of gambling that anyone could indulge in.
Some of them pretend to be better than the real thing by offering
gimmicky things like 'being the dealer' and 'no-zero' roulette wheels
where in fact the software determines whether or not you are going to
win and does it at the same rate as any other online casino does. Such
deceitfullness doesn't deserve reward - avoid them even more than the
others.
As soon as you are in a losing position the online casino can 'play
you' all day and all night long and never have to allow you to win and
yet still maintain it's 'promised' payout rate. If you start out with
a $100 and the payout rate at any casino is 95% then the casino only
has to payback $95 for your initial $100 outlay. Then you bet the $95
and they only have to payback 95% of that then it's only 95% of 95% of
that etc. - until it's all gone.
The rate of consistantly extreme 'bad' results against players is
extremely worse than one would normally experience in real casinos.
ie. long runs on the even bets or long runs of losing blackjack hands.
Yep sure, shit happens at real casinos but no where near as bad as it
does at online casinos.
Bonuses - the biggest bullshit CON of the lot. You are probably better
off not taking bonuses especially when it can lead to confusion as to
whether or not you are entitled to withdraw any winnings.
Bonuses(2) - if you deposit $100 and you get $50 bonus and then you
play and lose $50 have you lost your bonus money or half your deposit?
Can you withdraw $100 or $50 or anything or nothing? Does your online
casino make it clear?
You can believe that just because you know someone or heard of someone
actually managing to win at an online casino that that makes them okay
and trustworthy - heck, they have to have a certain number of winners
but that still doesn't make them the equivalent of real casinos.
No one loves online casinos more than online casino owners and the
afilliates who try to entice you to play them with hopes of making
money from YOU losing. I bet online casino owners and their afilliate
promoters wouldn't be silly enough to play them.
Finally, I would estimate that my money is worth twice at much at real
casinos as it is at online casinos - that's how easy I have found
losing at online casinos can be.
