Hi All,

My wife and I are going back to Costa Rica next week.  Last time I was
there, I did stay at a hotel which had a casino.  They do not have
Blackjack.  They have a game called Rummy instead.  It is played essentially
the same as blackjack except that if you get 21 on two cards, the dealer
still draws and has a chance to tie you.  They still must stand with 17 or
above.  You only get paid even money for blackjack instead of 3:2.  However,
if you have a pair on the board and split and get the third card as the
same, you win 3:1 on the best.  I don't believe you can surrender at this
game.

I know it isn't great odds but does anyone have a good approximation of the
payback rate of such a game?

Thanks,
FF
