Howdy,

I watched a show on Discovery, TLC or the Travel Channel and it said
there was a casino in Las Vegas that comes out with spreads for things
like football and such before anyone else and that most of the other
casinos and places around use them as a barometer, however I don't
remember the name of the casino.  Furthermore, is that information
available on the internet?

I know each place actually sets their own, but this is what the program
said.
