There's no system of roulette that can lower the house edge. They're all
bogus. And using computer to predict the fall of the ball based on speed,
etc. doesn't work either.
Roulette sucks. It takes a long time to play and the payoffs aren't that
great. Your best bet is to place all your money on high or low, red or
black, and hope for the best.
If you want the best odds, you have to play Single 0 roulette. The Monte
Carlo is the only Vegas hotel I know of that has it.
