When you try to use Giganews for these don't connect to the European
server, connect to the USA server and they will decode correctly.
DAMAGED < news-europe.giganews.com (Europe)
INTACT < news.giganews.com (USA)
The Roadrunner transit servers in the paths are damaging these posts,
and you must bypass the Roadrunner transit servers one way or another.
