Dr. E,
First I apologize that I didn't respond when I saw your note here in the
group, but I did respond to your emails! I am not sure what is going on but
I've sent you about three emails since you posted that note here and the
emails have not bounced back? Any ideas what is going on? Have you checked
your spam box????
