You can't just go arond drug testing people. They have rights and you
have to have a court order.
They attempted to get one but it was turned down. Remember, she had
prescriptions for the drugs that they found on her. That made it
difficult to get a drug test order.
I hear on very reliable sources that the story I just wrote is true.
She was stealing to sell the clothes to get cash to buy heroin.
