We're still out there lurking.
But parts 1 and 2 of Why did not make it to those of use with suboptimal
servers, and part 4 is incomplete. Perhaps those parts were large.
Maybe repost parts 1,2,4 or a whole bunch of pars (9 recovery blocks plus
a spare or two)?
