It has been researched, and the consistant conclusion is that language and
thought processes are closely related. This does not, however, absolutely
preclude the evolution of a unique, internal language which one in isolation
from other humans might evolve and with whcih they might process their
thoughts. Mor does it require that the language be in the form of either
spoken or written words. Such an internal language could include both visual
and aural symbolizations. Though it may be of a quite different orde ffrom
that of human language there is most certianly a sense in which wolves have
a language.
