Rock of Ages is usually sung to the tune as follows:

E E H7 H7 H7 H7 E, E E H7 H7 H7 H7 E,
E E E E A A E, E E E E H7 H7 E.
You can't get much simpler than that.
I don't know what tume you sing 'Come thou fount' to. I sing in to Pennant,
Moriah and Hyfrydol, and each have quite differing chord progressions.
Maybe someone on f.c knows..
