I'm thinking that the will of God has nothing to do with it.
The will of God has become an excuse mechanism for christians.

I engage in reason, Davey. Jason doesn't like that because it puts him
and his activities under a microscope, and how DARE *anyone* question
his holiness and piety?
Seems to me that if that was happening a bit more often from within,
he'd be a better man for it.
