I think you are right, that this is probably what Frank had in mind (as
you explained below). I had forgotten the addiction part of the pact
and it would not make much sense to be 'reading not posting' to break a
habit.

Knowing jason i could see him whinging to Davey about the bad reviews.
So, to give Davey the benefit of the doubt, he may well have kept his
part of the bargain and not seen the discussion in TO.
