the average case where we are confident enough to put someone to death.

How would you know?  You've never looked at it yourself.  All you do is run

You disbelieve that god could be telling the truth with the universe you
say he created . . . that he *lied* when he made it.  Who is the unbeliever
here?

And which is it, Jason?  YEC or ID?  You know that Behe, Dembski and
Johnson all deny a young Earth is possible, don't you?
