FYI I do not have a copy of JoD - I do not have the money to purchase it,
and it is not required for active membership in the LDS Church.

hyphenating it. You didn't do that in the original post.
Why did I not need to answer?
Your Post, under the "Title A question for Mormons" - no hyphens - asked,
for four differing refernces, what the JoD says. It does not ask for, or
give any, comment on these references.
So what more was there to the question than merely asking for the contents -
which I can not furbish.
Now, if you actually have these to hand. Why don't you post them, and ask
some specific questions?
