Not quite. Neither the virgin birth nor the resurrection of Christ
would have left any traces which we could observe *today*.
A six-day creation or the biblical Flood, however, are incompatible
with observations we can make *today* (e.g. radiometric dating, or the
undisturbed varves, ice cores etc.) - unless a trickster god has
miraculously removed the evidence and replaced it with evidence for an
old, non-Flood earth.
