Evolution, common descent and an ancient Earth are perfectly
consistent with the existence of His Supreme Indifference, who created
the meta-universe in the distant past and hasn't cared about it since.

Of course, they are also consistent with the Christian god, as its
acceptance by the Roman Catholic Church (who has learned from past
experiences) clearly demonstrates.

So what's this snipe about an "atheist way" ?
