MINCS definition below if applies as unknown perp

Does anybody know about these kind of "Minc"? If so, who are (unknown perps
never identified selves to Kenneth Martin Dolan) they and why?

I don't think all people (probably the females if forced into sex if didn't
consent past 2001), but I don't know because of unknown perpetrators (10 o
f 10 detectives know within 60 seconds in a row that Kenneth Martin Dolan d
idn't willingly participate in FORCED pornography (1. Financial incapacity
and knows government sponsorship would try to fool same detectives as one o
f hundreds of reasons Kenneth Martin Dolan didn't want participation in sat
ellite and radar technology).

verb (used with object), minced, minc. · ing. to cut or chop into very
small pieces. to soften, moderate, or weaken (one's words), especially for
the sake of decorum or courtesy.
