I used to go into newsagents and pick up mags like Wonderboy off the
stand! Then came the big turnaround and the paranoia, which has
developed into the present pogrom.
Because I like what I like and because I am a wanderer, and now my life
depends on keeping a clean computer and closet, I have nothing to share,
except some stories perhaps.
I am delighted that you guys have preserved the heritage with such
loving care! What a great pleasure to be able to see those old mags
again, and no less a pleasure an abundance of stuff which is new to me.
Not long after I first got a computer and went online and to usenet I
discovered svens and some other groups I wouldn't remember if I were
pressured to. Since then by determination and luck I have been able to
continue to be a camp follower as the camps have moved to all the
various locations with their different names.
I have amassed one big debt in these years of my life to you posters,
here and elsewhere.
Congratulations on this fine group. I share its hopes and give you the
little I can by just being here with you.
There are few things better in life than the fellowship of like minds.
