As far as I am aware, the term pederast is inaccurate. The legal definition
is "the criminal offense of unnatural copulation between men", while
pederasty seems to be defined as "anal intercourse of a man with a boy".
There is, however, a word, with various spellings which does define a teen
boy lover: hebophile, or sometimes ebophile. Googling will give a lot of
information, most derogatory and failing to take into account that the age
of male-to-male sexual consent in much of Europe is 16, or lower.
