First to Elmo:-
Thank you,thank you, thank you
I d/l'd the trial proggie you recommended, & after a bit of trial &
error, & though it kept freezing when it came to the "burn to cd"
part,so I had to reboot, - it successfully created 6 VTS files out of
the 4 Vob files. I then opened the folder where it saved them & used
my in-built burner to transfer to DVD, & I now have a TV playable disc
Your caveat about the idiosyncracies of Players holds true. For the
DVD doesn't load/play in my main DVD player, but it loads/plays
superbly in my portable DVD player.
The slight niggle is that they're not joined into one single large
file & no "Starz_Kid type" menu as such. (This may be because I left
out Starz puzzling "Libera-DVD-!-BMP-200-dots.rar" cos I hadn't a clue
what that is about. Do either of you know?
But as each VTS file contains about 6 lyrics which are played
seamlessy, I just have to click the next VTS file to move to the next
batch. But al least it all works, though the trial version, as you
warned, does stick its web logo right acroos the middle of the piccy
at regular intervals. The swines!
But I will buy it, as it gets me 90% of the way there.

To Cos~mos:-
Thanks for the additional imput.

A single image (IMA) file????? You mean, instead of sevaral VOB
files(which, incidentally, sometimes end in the middle of one song,
the rest starting off the next Vob file!!!!) . I had, in fact,
imagined that un-RAR-ing the hundred plus rar files would have
produced (JAS-like) one humungus one.....but 4 VOBs is what I got. If
they played seamlessly, the split song bits wouldn't be noticed that
way......but there we are.

Perhaps it might not be so crucial with these particular prospective
DVD's. The VOB files for "Angels" is 3.83MB, for Libera-1, it's 3.2MB
& Libera-2. it's 3.40MB, so there should be plenty of leeway for each.
I shall have to investigate Nero......

My thanks to both of you for the expeditious (LOL) & successfully
helpful tips & advice.......So much to learn, Mephi....so much to
learn...Didn't them Romans teach you anythin' at all at school but
frigging Latin.
