Hi
I had some problems like the one that you have in the past,
the best way of solving it is to have some more movie players,
i would sugest smplayer and Media player classic, both of them
are very good ones, they are free and open almost all movie
files, at least since this two i didn`t have any more problems
opening movie files. I do belive that is a good thing to have
diferent movie players because if one don`t work, another can
work well.
