Actually the reason you dont see children in underwear ads is because
parents and BL-haters have made an issue about it ever since the first pedo
was found with clippings from news papers and magazines of children in their
underwear.. I cant remember were i read it but i will get you the article
when i can.. its the same thing for movies as well..
As for adults the last jc pennys catalog i seen had adults in their
underwear..
