It's all Torrent, Winston, which is Peer to Peer. You're correct about
the download speed being dependant on the uploader's rate, but with
many seeds and peers, the download speed is cumulative from all the
uploades who are sharing the same file or parts of the file. I've
reached speeds of 3.5MB/s on many popular files. Isohunt will give
seeding info as well as comments on many torrents available.
