Qwest is a regional ISP. Their headquarters is in Denver, CO.
They service Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming,

Nebraska, Iowa, and Minnesota.
I won't voice any opinions on Nicky's identity. Contrary to

I admit to being very skeptical of the post also, but there isn't
a safe way for the poster to prove his identity without posting
personal info and we can't prove or disprove it. Right?
