Winston, you are indeed correct the clip is from the movie "All Summer
in a Day". The young male actor is Keith Mitchell, who later changed
his last name to Coogan to honor his grandfather, the great Jackie
Coogan. The movie is wonderfully acted and sorely overlooked, IMHO.
In a little bit of twisted trivia, Jackie Coogan, Keith Coogan's
grandfather, played Uncle Fester on the Addams Family. John Astin,
father of Sean Astin, played Gomez on the Addams Family. Keith Coogan
and Sean Astin played friends in "Toy Soldiers".
