MTB will not, of course, see this post. But you are reading it because
a little of him rubbed off on you -- more on some than on others, to be
sure, but still, at least a little -- and you know who MTB was; and you
quite possibly loved him.
He would have been twenty-one today, and Norp and The Fort would have
been flooded with special posts to celebrate the special occasion. In
honour of the coincidence of his birthday with Christmas Eve, I would
probably have contributed a link to a Christmas story by the Welsh poet
Dylan Thomas:
http://www.bfsmedia.com/MAS/Dylan/Christmas.html
the language of which would surely have delighted him, even if written
by a Pommie-once-removed.
I might also have added a link to a Christmas Eve story by Onslow:
http://www.niklascomics.de/stories/xmas/xmastory.htm
which, in a way, resonates with his life.
And I have posted them anyway: in fond memory of MTB, and in hopes
that his friends may, perhaps, enjoy them as much as he would have.

{Miss you, kid; glad you came, wish you could've stayed longer.}
