if anyone actually care, my big Labrador retriever who went missing on
Sunday Dec 6th, showed up only a little less for wear on Wednesday,
Dec 16. I had been rather depressed about his disappearance although
it also appears that I was developing a bit of a head cold that has
put me a little off my feet. His arthritis appears to be doing a
little better -- and I think it would be even better if he would sleep
on the nice, soft dog bed I bought for him instead of the floor --
which in my room happens to be carpet over concrete. But he doesn't
even like stepping on it, much less getting on it and lying down! Just
like he never got in the dog house I bought for him! I understood that
-- it looked too much like a dog crate, and he had seen more than his
share of those when he was in shelters!
