I suspect your previous newserver (www.netfront.net) was falling short of
serviceable use!
I see that you have changed your news server to Newscene, It used to be
one of the best but has sadly fallen a long way since those heady days.
None the less I would hope Newscen's retention and completion should now
enable you to download sufficiently complete split sets of the rar parts
to rejoin them and decode.
Have you now been able to do this successfully?
Humour has a tacit dearth of appreciation, especially upon realisation
that oneself is the target butt of its direction!

how to resolve your problems? I have re-posted it below

Did you read it?
Read the second part of what he stated about my post is parts of rar
files!
Post-1.rar.001-093 parts, make up 93 separate parts of the single rar
file but only once it has been rejoined (combined).
It can be combined with JAS or HJSplit (http://www.freebyte.com) but best
is to use Quickpar.
Double click on a par file, and Quickpar will examine the parts you have
Downloaded and recombine the single rar archive.
Only then can you use winzip or rar to unlock the archive.
If Quickpar cannot combine the archive it will tell you why it cannot do
so?
If you have downloaded all the parts on your server and your news server
has less than 90% of the 100% of the total parts you need then you have a
problem Quickpar will tell you if this is your problem!
The important point to take on board is that if one of the parts are
missing or corrupt then you have an incomplete rar file, which can only
be rejoined up to the first missing block!
Win rar is the best tool to do this (IMOP)
At the end of the post are files called par files, these parts also all
need to be downloaded if you find you are missing some parts from the
main archive.
File 94 of 99 - yEnc "Post-1.rar.par2" 2240 bytes
Enable you to repair up to 10 missing whole parts of the main rar split
parts
Remember Google is your friend! all this info is out there!
