Hi Peter Pan,
sorry to intrude in your message destined to Cos-mos, but since he explained clearly the reasons why he prefer to use passworded .rar files, easily openable with a free version of Winrar, I feel the right to express my support to his way of doing things.
He has previously started this serie and abruptely stopped it because he tried to comply with your request. At his own expense... and alas, to my deep deception!
So, being a very selfish person, my pleasure is greatly related to his success into posting regularly. Consequently, if he feels he can finish his project by posting passworded .rar files, I vote for it against your request, dear Peter Pan.
On the contrary, I suggest you do like Robin Williams and get to the job of getting up to date. I know you are a very considerable and respectable person, but even little ones can have their own way and be repected also. I am sure you will at least understand my position even if you maintain your request.
