I have to object to this post. It does the Nicky poster a disservice.
He came in here, from all signs, to meet others of his kind. He was
obviously a newbie and, as a result, in a dangerous and easily
compromisable position. You first post to him was sound advice, then
for some unexplainable reason you began to attack my posts and created
a confused situation. That act alone puts him in danger. Who does he
trust? After your first post you offered no more advice, only attacks
and THEN you attempt to discredit the Fort FAQ. Despite what you think
about the historical aspect of The Fort, the FAQ has some of the best
security information available for newbies, despite it's incomplete
state. Attempting to discredit the Fort FAQ is a disservice to all
lurkers and newbies. Finally, you turn your attacks on Nicky who never
did anything to you except say thanks. You accuse him of being me, he
is not going to understand why you would say that. He has no idea of
your long history of mental instability (MY OPINION). If your point is
to drive Nicky away, is that doing him any good? If he leaves, who
will help him? You? I find that thought unlikely. No, he will be on
his own and vulnerable. Unless he does his own homework (which happily
some of us urged him to do) he may well blunder into one of those
honeypot links that LEA posts, or create a horrible family situation
by leaving porn on his family computer than Mom finds.
I know you don't care about anyone but yourself, George. So this post
is aimed at anyone who reads your misinformation.
