If you can get the video onto your harddrive, all you have to do is
pause it and take a screenshots of different parts. Unless you mean
that you're not sure of how to get it onto your harddrive. Maybe you
could google your DVR with the model number and how to transfer it to a
computer. If you still have trouble, maybe there's some footage on
youtube.
