There is nothing wrong per-se with hugging him; the problem is you
do not appear to be content at stopping there.

You just don't get it, do you? What you have already written in your
original message, are carefully-crafted plans for the pre-meditated
rape of an underage boy. These messages ALONE are probably enough
to get you in legal hot water--they certainly identify you as a

If you don't believe me, Google "Jake Baker". Jake Baker was the
pseudonym of a university student, who wrote a fictional story
involving abduction, rape and torture of a female victim. He used
the name of one of his classmates as the name of the victim in his
story. This was sufficient for him to be arrested and jailed--if
memory serves, his mother had to mortgage their home to get money
for his legal defence.
Jake Baker was writing fiction--you have made no similar claims. It
would only be reasonable--even prudent--for the authorities to
assume that you intend to carry out the plans you you have outlined
here. Indeed, when advised to back-off, your only comeback is to ask
how you may proceed so as to remain undetected.
Given all that, there isn't a child welfare worker, police officer
or judge for that matter who wouldn't assume the worst--that you
intend to rape your 12-year-old victim and accordingly have to be
summarily dealt with.

Canada; it was also a criminal offence (and ENFORCED) in 49 of

adults.
Things have changed somewhat. Sodomy is not a criminal offence
between consenting adults in many jurisdictions--however, this is
of little relevance to you because you are not yet legally an adult
and, more importantly, nor is your intended sex partner/victim.
Given the level of apparent pre-meditation, it would not surprise
me, were the law to become involved, that you would likely be
charged as an adult, with concomitantly stiffer penalties. It is
almost a given that your computer would be searched--hopefully you

breaches of the law.
