As the process of exchanging boy heads from the body of one boy to
another continues, The Fort Kittens will remove the head of the second
child. In this case, The Kittens have gone to a lot of trouble and
scandal to kidnap and behead young Presley Gerber.
In the example (Step 2) Presley's head has been removed and is being
taken to the operating table where it will be attached to the body of
another boy. Why this is done has not yet been explained by the
Kittens. The Kittens seem to find the bodies of some boys unacceptable
as they are and hence the need to replace one head for another and one
body for another. Eventually the Kittens will come up with a
combination they find pleasing in Step 3.
